We will be performing the workout as scheduled this Saturday (2/25) at 11:00AM. Please try to be at the gym by about 10:45 to warm up on your own, so we can start the first heat at 11:00AM. If you are able, please plan on sticking around after your heat to help judge (and cheer on!) other athletes. After the workout we’ll be holding a potluck. We were a little late getting organized this week, so for now, just bring whatever you want. After this week, we’ll have a sign-up sheet to get more organized. Please keep it Paleo since the Spring Leaning Challenge is still going on! Worse come to worst (i.e. best) everyone ends up bringing bacon.
