7 power snatches (95#/65#)

12 box jumps (9 45# plates, about 25″)

200m run

Rest as needed between rounds.

As you’ve all undoubtedly noticed, the website has undergone some serious changes.  First of all, huge, huge, HUGE thanks to Jessy for basically doing EVERYTHING.  I pretty much just gave her the password and she did everything else, and she did an AWESOME job.  Thanks a ton Jessy!

A couple new things you may want to check out:

1) We now have a photo feed from Flickr, as well as a Flickr photo gallery.  You can find the gallery here.

2) Videos!  I’ll be posting videos of you guys in the gym here.  They will serve to help you check your form, as well as showing people know what we do at CrossFit Monterey!

3) There is now a section titled “Articles,” which you can find here.  In that section, I’ll be posting links to some great articles about fitness, nutrition, and CrossFit in general.  I’m also going to start posting articles on the rest day – I’ll be writing some of them myself, and they will also be archived on the articles page.

I hope you guys enjoy the changes.  Let me know if there is anything else you’d like to see added or improved.

  1. Did the WOD without the snatches because of the elbow. Splits are as follows:
