Workout Of The Day 7/8/2009

Candace Squat cleanCandace in the bottom of the squat clean.  Let’s look at some of the awesome things in this picture, primarily the fact that it is of Candace, which means that Candace is back!  But we have some form issues here…who can spot them, and how might we fix them?

  2. 115-135-155-165-160 + 100 situps spread throughout…

  3. 145-155-165-170-175(4)….then did two more at 175 after resting
