  2. Due to a stupid gay ass aerobics class causing the CF room to be closed at the gym during my workout time I was forced to do another WOD.

    5 rounds for time:
    15 KB swings, 35#
    30 DU
    7:06

    Last time I did this WOD my time was 9:38. Almost got the entire first round of DU unbroken did 18 DU then 12. Stoked about that considering I haven’t done DU practice in a long time. All swings were unbroken throughout. Oh and I love my new jumprope.
