Working with partner/group, complete 5 rounds:
3 Squat w/70% of your 3RM
100ft. prowler sprint 140/90
Squats are performed full speed, dynamic effort. Prowler is low handle down and high handle back. Try and keep rests short, no longer than 2:00.
Finisher:
2 Minutes max reps double unders

Squat 135#
We did 2 minute max double unders. I got 11. After that WOD my legs were toast.. though that’s not to say my score would’ve been too much higher with fresh legs

It felt good to squat again! (Not that I haven’t been able to…I’ve just missed all the squat days and have had a slight dislike of them recently)
The backsquat/prowler combo makes for some jelly legs. woooo

Did the squat/prowler workout with 265. My legs could feel more like tapioca BUT NOT MUCH.
