One of our high school weightlifters, Steven Moore, crushed it this past weekend at the PWA Championships. He totaled 153kg, a 16kg improvement from his last competition in December.

woah woah woah…what?separated shoulders? I’m sorry man…If it makes you feel better, I’m outta commission too..well, no push or pulling upperbody for at least a month..though I don’t think I’ll last that long..and I’m totally with Athena on “girl” pushups, considering there are very few girls in the gym that do them..we need a new name for them..how bout “weak sauce” pushups?

Josh–No no, I’ve known about the shoulders for a while. I haven’t done ANY upper body work since December 19. I can almost fit into a Large shirt…I’m getting tiny!

Not trying to blow my elbow out again immediately, so I didn’t do today’s WOD. Instead I tried to max my snatch, first attempt at a heavy snatch since early December.
Worked up to 150, failed 2x, so dropped back to 95, worked back up to 135.
