Snatch 105 for a 3kg PR, took 10 attempts it’s fine I don’t need my shoulders anyway
Clean & Jerk 115 LOLOLOLOL C&JING 10KG MORE THAN I SNATCH IT’S FINE.
Cleaned 120 but jerk wasn’t happening, knees were hurting too bad at this point. Overall, a good day. Can’t wait to be at CFM tomorrow morning for the usual Saturday morning madhouse!

what’s not fair is that the waves have been 6-10 the last four days, the water is 75, the days are 80 and sunny, and molly randomly rented us a condo that happened to be on the path to a private beach with a perfect reef peak that hasn’t had more than 5 guys out any of the 6 times i’ve surfed it. coming home today. we’ll miss you kauai!
