TKH – Did anyone warn you about pregnancy brain…? It’s true ya know.
Has John started the baby’s programming? I can see him bringing a whole new meaning to First 5.

Man, sometimes I get stopped in the middle of something and I can’t remember what I was doing for the life of me. I stare blankly for a few minutes and then forget I was trying to remember anything at all. And then I take a nap.
February 21st, 2012 at 7:35 pm
Naps are wonderful rest periods. I mean, come on, it’s like your whole day is a wod when you’re strapped with a constant weight vest.
February 21st, 2012 at 6:57 pm
Today was a special day. I was blessed with the presence of her face. So lovely. So warm. Her smile lights up the room as does her complexion. Mandy if you’re reading this….it was great to see you and your board shorts.
Skill work: Cleans (felt good to just focus on the form and not think about the weight or number) Thanks RC!
WOD:
17:06 rx (78#) assuming I still weigh 156
February 21st, 2012 at 7:11 pm

C&J #155, felt light but the hardest part was facing down Mandy’s look of disgust with my sloppy form.

Thanks for your patience coach Mandy, glad to have you back!
February 22nd, 2012 at 7:27 am
Lol…im sooooooo sorry…i know you can go heavier once you nail your form, but on the plus side your power cleans were perfect!:) and as for my look of disgust,im just jealous of your wrist range of motion
