CrossFit

CrossFit has quickly been growing in popularity around the world as a quick, effective, and intense style of working out, designed to produce increased levels of fitness across numerous physical skills (strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, balance, etc.).  This is produced by using a combination of weightlifting (squat, deadlift, press, snatch, clean and jerk, etc.), gymnastics (pull-up, push-up, dip, handstand, l-hold, lever, planche, etc.), and mono-structural conditioning (running, rowing, jump roping, etc.).
Every CrossFit class is coached by an experienced and knowledgeable trainer who will vary the workouts based on the needs of the individual.  Take a look at the video above to get an idea of what we do at CrossFit Monterey (Note: this was filmed at our old location.)
