    Ring dips 3-3-3-3-3
    5 Rds- 10 power cleans, 10 ring rows 135#/95#- (85#) 9:32

    Deadlift x5: 300
    Final WOD for me at CFM:
    800m run, 50 thrusters (45#), 30 pullups.
    RX’d: 7:44, including a PR on pullups (27 without breaking)

    I will miss everyone at CF Monterey! This past year was way beyond what I could have imagined before I started CrossFit.
