Workout of the Day 10/28/2011

Don’t forget, tomorrow at 11am we will be performing “Grace” for our Barbells for Boobs fundraiser!

WOD

CrossFit

Accumulate max distance handstand walking in 10 minutes.

3 sets:

10 v outs

10 ring press outs

:60 Dumbbell Overhead Hold 45/25

Work with a partner, resting while partner works.

With a running clock, resting while partner works, complete 5 rounds each as fast as possible.

10 Burpees

Run to Ortiz and back with sandbag

Strength

Back Squat 6 x 3; add half the weight you added last time

Bench Press 5 x 3
