Back Squat; Work up to a heavy single

“Filthy Fifty”

For time

50 reps of each:

Box Jumps 24″

Jumping Pull-ups

KB Swings 55/35

Walking Lunges


Push Press 45/30

Sit-ups (Original movement is back extensions)

Wall Ball 20/14


Double Unders
