WOD

CrossFit

Front Squat Heavy Triple

5 Sets:

10 Russian Swings 70/55

50ft. backwards sled pull; Go heavy!

Work in groups, resting while your partners work.  Keep rest periods under 3 minutes.

 

Strength

Clean and Jerk 1RM

90% x 2 x 2

Conditioning is same as CrossFit.
