Ring Strength Progression x 5

3 sets on GHD:

20 Sit-ups

20 Back Extensions

AMRAP 4 Minutes:

Back Roll to burpee to box jump 30″

Finisher:

Accumulate 2 minutes:

Pancake Split

Front Split

Your choice of shoulder stretch

 

Last week the World Weightlifting Championships were held in Paris, France, here’s the snatch portion of the 105kg men’s weight class.
