WOD

CrossFit

1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk x 5

5 sets with a kettlebell:

5 1 arm russian swings

5 1 arm snatch

5 1 arm hang clean and press

100ft. 1 arm farmers walk

– 1 set will consist of 15 reps + 100ft. farmers walk PER arm; rest as needed between sets

 

Strength

Squat 3-3-3

Press 5-5-5

Weighted CTB Chins 5-5-5
