5 Strict Muscle-ups

10 Pistols Left Leg

10 Pistols Right Leg


Skin-the-cat 5 x 5-10


2 Rounds for time:

25 Pull-ups

25 Push-ups

25 Sit-ups

25 Squats

    did the competition wod:
    10 hspu
    20 wall balls
    30 toes to bar
    40 power cleans (135#)
    50 burpees (jumping onto 25#)
    60 sumo deadlift high pulls (75#)
    super stoked that a) i could do it and b) i finished under double mark’s time! it took me 6 minutes to do the 10 hspu’s with 3 fails. but that’s what happens when your max hspu’s is like 1.5
    and this was a “masters” wod. i can’t wait to keep getting in better shape so that when i’m a “master” i can do this workout again and kick the crap out of my time at 31!
