Holiday Hours: Classes are normal this week but there is NO OPEN GYM!

PR Party: Saturday at 11:00AM!


Muscle-Up skill development

Complete as many muscle-ups as possible in 10 minutes.

Finisher: Accumulate 2:00 each in front plank, left side plank, and right side plank.  If 2:00 in a front plank is easy, add weight.

    worked out at Marquette University guest center, home of “Absolutely No Deadlifting” signs and dudes doing 1/4 squats

    Back Squat: 260# x 3 x 8
    Push Press: 160# x 3 x 5
    15 bodyweight pullups
    Snatch grid DL: 225# x 5 x 3 (very quietly!)
