Workout Of The Day 1/2/2012

ImageHours: Remember that all classes are as normal today (1/2/2012) but there are no open gym hours.  As of tomorrow (1/3/2011) all hours are back to normal!


Press 2-2-2-2-2

On a running clock, perform 1 pullup the first minute, 2 pullups the second minute, 3 pullups the third minute, etc, until you can no longer keep up with the clock.

Post load for press and rounds completed for pullups to comments.
