    After tearing two ligaments, I went to a physical therapist. He suggested compression sleeves for my shin splints. It was the first time a dr gave me any kind of solution/prevention other than ice and rest. I got my compression sleeves from Fleet Feet and they are wonderful– both the sleeves and the store.

      Great, thanks! Do you wear them when you run/workout or during recovery…or both? How long do you wear them for recovery?

      I just picked up a pair at fleet week today. Going to put them on now. šŸ™‚

    Shin splints? Go see Rob Fontecchio, oh and quit pushing off out the back and/or pulling up your toes anticipating the footfall when you run. Ice helps too.
