A little throwback from our original location a couple of years back.
The 2012 CrossFit Games Open is beginning February 22nd. This will be a 6 week long event with one workout being performed each week. We encourage everyone to register and participate. We will hold weekly events for everyone to get together to perform the workouts. You can check out more information here. Speak to a coach about what you can do from now until the start to best prepare for the workouts.

Bench press, 10 reps, bodyweight
10 “L” Pull ups
10 Burpee box jumps
Incline DB Bench Press 5-5-5
