    Snatch work – 100lbs (PR!) I tried for 105, but couldn’t quite get it. I have been trying for 100 since July. Thanks for the help Ryan.

    WOD – 15:49 (knee push ups instead of ring dips)

    If I were able to do this WOD…it would take me approximately 89 minutes…that’s a lot of Ring Dips!

    This morning, squatted for doubles at 315# with 3 minutes rest.. 8Rds. May come in for a METCON this eve…we’ll see.

    I have a feeling Box Jumps and or Kettlebells will be involved with the next open WOD.

    WOD: 16:40 (used skinny purple band for dips, 500m row, 400m run, 500m row) tried to work my snatch after that- and there wasn’t much left in the tank to make the practice meaningful

    My 3×5 was 175 so this is no PR but I don’t squat as much anymore :/

    Last Paleo Challenge did 5 strict blue-band pullups. This time 11!
    Panda Amanda says time to say goodbye to mr. blue-band…it’s been fun but I must move on now.
