Happy Leap Day, it’s CrossFit Montereys first!

WOD

High Hang Power Snatch 8×1 on :60, 65% of 1RM snatch

6 sets:

On a 4 minute clock, run to Elder & back.  Within the time remaining on the clock, perform max reps in each of the following movements:

Pullups

Ring Dips

Squats

Situps

Ring Rows

Pushups

Post load used for hang power snatch and reps completed for workout to comments.
