Workout of the Day 3/26/2012

We had a good number of members participate in this years Big Sur Mud Run, I even heard rumors of Linda, one of our early birds, finishing in a pretty high placing, like top 5 placing.  Wow!  Awesome work to everyone who participated in the Mud Run and to those who just finished WOD 12.5 to finish off the games open season.


5 rounds for time:

400m Run

7 Thrusters, 1/2 BW

12 Pull-ups

21 Sit-ups

1:00 Rest
