Workout of the Day 4/27/2012

Come out and join us at 11am on May 5th for the Tactical Strength Challenge!  Test your deadlift, max pull-ups, and KB snatches for reps in 5:00 with others from the gym and area.  Speak to one of the coaches if you have questions.  Paleo potluck to follow the event.
