Workout of the Day 5/24/2012

Memorial Day Weekend Hours:

Saturday: Classes will run as normal

Monday: The gym will be closed, stay tuned to the facebook page for open gym hours when the coach’s go in to train.

Front Squat 1RM

3 rounds for time:
15 handstand pushups
20 one legged squats, alternating
30 box jumps, 30″
