Power snatch from below knee, 2 second pause, heavy single
2 second pause just below knee

Start at TOP, lower bar to below knees, pause for 2 seconds, snatch.

AMRAP 12 minutes:
50 double unders
10 pushups
10 situps
10 squats

Accumulate 100 hollow rocks
