Workout of the Day 5/31/2012

We are moving!  If you haven’t heard yet, we will be relocating to a much larger (5000 sq. ft.) facility in June.  Our moving date will be Saturday June 9th at 9:00am.  We would love and appreciate anyone who would be willing to come out and give us a hand and anyone who has a large truck or vehicle.  For those interested, the CrossFit for Hope WOD will be done at 8:00am that morning as a final workout in the Sand City location.

3 sets:

Bench Press max reps, 75% 1RM
Rest :60
Max kipping pullups
Rest :60

If athlete can consistently do 10+ reps on the pullups, wear a vest.

5 sets:
Sprint from Ortiz to back of parking lot. Walk back for recovery.
