    Snatches at 53#. It’s crazy how there are always things to fix and work on with these movements!
    WOD– 6:52
    deadlifts at 143#, ring rows instead of Chest to Bar pullups.

    WOD: 11:20 what! I was going to finish by about 5:10 and couldn’t get the last unbroken set of D/Uers…alas six minutes later…

    Snatches at 61.5#. That .5 made all the difference.
    WOD: 7:34. Not RX. Very frustrated with my jump rope of the double unders! DL: 155# and 5 chest to bar pull ups.
