Workout of the Day 7/25/2012

Back Squat 5RM

4 rounds, for load, using dumbbells:
5 deadlifts
5 hang power cleans
5 front squats
5 push presses
5 strict bent over rows
Increase load every round. Sets are unbroken (Dumbbells cannot be put down), rest as needed between rounds.
