    With 20# vest
    Run 200m, rest time it took to run
    Run 4oom, rest time it took to run
    Run 600m, rest time it took to run

    Don’t remember the times, but was slower than Chris.

    Tiff’s WOD:
    Amrap 18 min:
    2, 4, 6, 8, 10,…
    Thrusters 95#
    Bar facing burpees

    Got 16 rounds plus 16 thrusters
