3 bench press, heavy
Max rep chest-to-bar pullups

Rest between exercises. Athletes who can consistently perform 10+ chest-to-bar pullups should wear a 20# vest.

3 rounds for time:
7 sumo deadlift high pulls, 135#/95#
7 bar muscle-ups

SCALE for intensity! This should be a short workout!

Post load/reps for first circuit and time for second circuit to comments.
