WOD

Power Snatch + Overhead Squat 70%x2x5

70% of your best full snatch.  1 set = 1 power snatch + 1 overhead squat x 2

AMRAP 3 minutes:
5 overhead squats, 95#/65#
5 chest-to-bar pullups
Rest 1:00

Repeat for a total of 3 cycles.  Score each cycle anew.

Post load used for power snatch + overhead squat and rounds completed for each cycle of circuit to comments.
