Workout Of The Day 8/14/2012

WOD

Back Squat 87.5%
1-2-3, 3 ascents

Perform 1 rep. Rest, then perform 2 reps. Rest, then perform 3 reps. Start over at 1, repeat for a total of 3 cycles.

For time:
Run 800m
30 dumbbell thrusters
30 burpees

Choose dumbbells which will challenge you but allow you to maintain high intensity.

Post load used for squat and time for circuit to comments.
