Workout Of The Day 8/20/2012

WOD

Power Clean + Clean, build to max.  The goal is to build to a weight heavy enough that it forces you to receive the second rep in the bottom position.

2 rounds for total reps:
2:00 max effort chest-to-bar pullups
1:00 rest
2:00 max effort wall ball shots, 20#/14″ 10’/9′
1:00 rest
2:00 max effort burpees

Post load for power clean + clean and score for circuit to comments.
