Back Squat 3RM
Build to a max in the Bear complex
7 unbroken sets:
1 power clean + 1 front squat + 1 push press + 1 back squat + 1 behind the neck push press
You may rest with the bar in your hands, crook of your hips, at the front rack, overhead, or on your back. Touch and go at floor. You may proceed through the complex with any method which he deems most efficient (i.e. you can squat clean thruster through the first 3 movements, etc.)
