WOD

Back Squat 89%, 1-2-3, 3 ascents.  Perform on a 2:00 running clock.

2 rounds for time:
Run 400m
25 double unders
25 walking lunges
25 burpees
25 situps

Post load used for back squat and time for circuit to comments.
