Front Squat 1RM

10x100m sprint on :60

Sprints are untimed , but run every one like it’s a race.  “The best pace is a suicide pace, and today is a good day to die.” -Steve Prefontaine.

    185#. Literally chipped two teeth in the last round by not getting my head out of the way on the way up. Still made the rep!
    WOD: 3rds: 10 push jerks 95#, 10pullups, 10sdhp 95#, wait 1min
