Back Squat 1RM

Inspiration: Pablo Lara Rodrigues squats an EZPZ 617 at a bodyweight of 169.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

10 pullups

20 pushups

30 squats

Post load for back squat and rounds completed for circuit to comments.
