Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes, using a challenging pair of dumbbells:
7 hang deadlifts
7 hang power cleans
7 front squats
7 push press
Each round must be performed unbroken, i.e. once you pick the dumbbells up for the first deadlift, you do not release them until you have completed the last push press. Deadlifts must be touch-and-go at floor. If you break a round, you must start it over.
