Push Press 6×2, add weight from 5×3 on 10/24/2012

For time:

21 kettlebell swings, 24kg/16kg

21 knees-to-elbows

Run 800m

15 kettlebell swings

15 knees-to-elbows

Run 400m

9 kettlebell swings

9 knees-to-elbows
