Weightlifting

In 20 minutes, snatch:

70%x3x2

75%x3x2

80%x2x2

85%x1x2

90%x1x2

Conditioning

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

10 walking lunges, 55#/35# dumbbells

10 overhead situps, 45#/25#

For walking lunges, hold dumbbells at sides.

Post load for snatch and rounds completed for circuit to comments.
