Front Squat 5×3

Use the same weight you squatted for your 5×2 on 11/19/2012

Conditioning

5 rounds for total working time:

15 kettlebell swings, 24kg/16kg

100m shuttle sprint (50m turnaround)

Rest 1:00

You must touch the ground or a marker at the 50m mark with one hand.
