In 20 minutes, clean & jerk:

75%x2x2

80%x2x2

85%x1x2

90%x1x2

Conditioning

Complete:

a) 3 max effort sets of handstand pushups

b) 3 max effort 500m row

Alternate rows and HSPU.  Full recovery between all efforts.

Post loads used for C&J, reps for handstand pushups, and 500m row times to comments.
