Announcement:  The new year is almost here, and you know what that means…it’s almost time for CrossFit Monterey’s annual PR party! Monday December 31st at 12:00 PM, come in and set some PRs! This is one of our favorite CFM traditions, so come join the fun!

Strength
Back Squat 6×2, add load from 12/10/2012
Conditioning
5 rounds for time:
10 deadlifts, 185#/135#
15 burpees
Post load for back squat and time for circuit to comments.
