Weightlifting

Power Clean + Push Press, build to max set of 3 in 20 minutes

Conditioning

Build to a top set of the following complex:
5 power cleans (touch and go at floor)
5 front squats
5 push press
5 back squats
5 behind-the-neck push press
5 power cleans (touch and go at floor)

This entire complex must be completed without letting go of the bar or resting it on the floor.

Post best triple for PC+PP and heaviest set of barbell complex to comments.
