Strength

Paused Front Squat, establish 3RM in 20 minutes

Conditioning

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
2 muscle-ups
4 handstand pushups
8 toes-to-bar

Post load for paused front squat and rounds completed for circuit to comments.

    Crossfit Palo Alto:
    Every three minutes:
    Push jerk 3,3,3,3,3
    including warmup, so:
    95, 135, 185, 205, 215(2)

    WOD:
    4 rds:
    4 hspu
    6 chest to bar
    10 box jumps (30)
    7:46.

    Would have been faster if I was better at hspu, or chest to bar, or box jumps. At least there were no muscle ups, because it would have completed my worst four Crossfit moves. 2013 I will learn to kick butt on all these moves. I used to suck at double unders, I did 100 unbroken in warm up today!
