Paused Front Squat 90%x3x5

*90% of max triple established 1/16/2013

Conditioning

5 sets
10 walking lunges
Max kipping pullups

Rest 2:00 between efforts

*Walking lunges with barbell on back.  GO HEAVY!  No rest between lunge and pullups.
