*Use 90% of your max triple established 1/13/2013

Conditioning

Every minute on the minute, perform 5 power snatches, 95#/65#. For the remainder of the minute, perform sumo deadlift high pulls 95#/65#. Repeat until you have performed 75 sumo deadilft high pulls.
