Clean & Jerk to max in 20 minutes

Conditioning

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

5 dumbbell clean & press, left

5 dumbbell clean & press, right

15 pullups

    Crossfit palo alto workout:

    EMOM for 10min: 5 kb snatch each arm. I used 20kg. I had 23, but got downgraded for some reason.

    Wod:
    From 2008 games:
    5 rounds:
    5 Deadlifts 275#
    10 burpees.

    Oh, in the warmup we did double unders and I got 123 in a row! PR by 23.

    CJ: 123#, no PR, tried 143# and caught wrong..so wrong..
    WOD: 3+10. unrxd, 30# and (pullups 12 – 7 – 7)
    Really want to learn that butterfly method. Dana was rolling through em fast!!

    Workout 1:
    4 rounds:
    25 double unders
    5 clean and jerks 185#
    Row 250m
    11:13

    Workout 2:
    Round 1:
    1 min each:
    Row for calories
    Burpees
    Ball slams 20#
    Push-ups (games standards)
    Jumping pull-ups.
    Round 2:
    :30 sec each of above:
    250 reps.
