Conditioning

For time:
Complete 50 dumbbell hang power clean + push press. At the top of every minute, complete 5 chest-to-bar pullups.

    Front Squat: 85% x 3 x 6, used #145
    WOD: 8:39? Used 30# dumbbells. That was poop. Some of my C2B pull ups were questionable…

    All the single ladies..all the single ladies!! Uh oh uh oh oh oh! lol.. Love you Flower.

    FS: 85% (178#), only got through 5 sets… we got booed of the stage!
    WOD: 9:39, 30#, 3 C2B (red/blue bandits)
